AD Greenroof, LLC, Ms. Angie Durhman
Projects: AD Greenroof currently has projects in various phases of design and completion across the country. In the Twin Cities, there are a couple of notes: Providing maintenance oversight for the Target Center and working with the City of St. Paul to calculate the benefits of vegetated roofs; both sizeable projects that have made a big impact on urban water run-off.

The Future: Ms. Durhman has recently expanded her business to include GREENFORMATION™ which is a maintenance oversight program for building owners and contractors who need to maintain vegetated roofs.
Problem: Clean water is the fuel that supports industry around the globe and fresh water is available in only very limited supplies. In fact, only about 2.5% of all the water on earth is fresh water. Still, it’s all we have to support humans, other animals, plants, and industry around the world.
Challenge: To conserve our freshwater resources.
Solution: One way to meet the challenge is to reduce the volume of contaminated water that enters public lakes and streams as well as treatment systems. That’s a win-win for utilities, the public in general, and the environment. That’s the solution AD Greenroof provides.

“I could not have done it alone and the fresh business ideas offered by my SCORE mentors, Bill Collette, and Andrew Braden, provided me with the assistance I needed.” – Angie Durhman, Owner.
